Had a great lunch on a fairly quiet day in downtown Bellevue. Service was very polite and prompt. Like most restaurants they have the QR code option for menu ordering and even for bill payment. You can scan the code on your table and see your tab any time you like.nnThe California burger was large and delicious! Also had the salt & pepper wings which were excellent, and a sushi roll that was good but nothing to write home about.nnAll in all a quality experience. Will go again!

Earl's has a great happy hour and brunch. We personally love their brunch and are happy to still see them operating (responsibly) during this pandemic. They have cheap yet delicious drinks and foods. Their HH tacos are amazing. I highly recommended this place.

This place has not lost any touch in three years. Incredible place, nice setting and of course the staff is very enjoyable. I have to mention my server Jenny and the manager Mattie have done a tremendous job in comforting me tonight!!nAnyone and everyone that visits Bellevue needs to stop by here! The worst experience ever, wish there was negative start rating ... we were a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids ) . We called to reserve table and we were told to walk in . When we walked in , we were given 40 mins of wait time for 6 people .. we waited patiently and when went inside after the table was ready ,The lady at reception told us that they didn’t know we were 6 people and the first lady who put us on waiting list might have mistaken . She said they need another 10-15 mins to get it ready . We told her that when we came in we told about 6 ppl , she just said a sorry and took another phone call. We started calling other restraunts close by because my kids were already hungry .. after multiplenCalls we realized other restaurants would close in 15 mins and started walking back to our car to head back home . Then they called again saying table was ready . As we were very close to restaurant and seeing my kids hungry I went back . Now the lady ( who first took table for 6) took us and shows two tables far way from each other in different directions recommending to distribute as 4 and 2 . When we told her that we are a family and would rather prefer sitting closer with same distribution , she said she will check with her manager . Now the second lady comes in ( who booked table second time ) and explains WA law . We told her that we knew about the law but they should have told us first if they cannot 6 of us on one table and saved us 50 mins and we are okay to sit on side by side table ( there were two open tables) than somewhere far away . She was just explaining the law but not taking any mistake on her or on her r other colleague . It’s the worst experience anybody could have ..they not only wasted 50 mins of my time , but did not try to fix their mistake . We said cancel the table and came out heading back home . The worst customer experience ever ..

I really don't get why this place is popular. It has a good location but the food is meh. Looks like it attracts a younger crowd mostly. Don't really see any social distancing or real safety precautions.nnEdit: 50% of the time my order is never ready on time. Like 30 minutes+ after I'm supposed to get it. Servers disappear.
