First tech has always been one of my favorite banks to do business with. On at least 3 instances they were able to help me consolidate debt and offer useful viable solutions to personal loans / credit cards.nnI get the sense that their primary objective is to run their bank in a way that's in the best interest of the consumer, and not the other way around.nnRitu was of great help in resolving several of the issues i was facing and offered great solutions on financial planning and consolidation of debt. She was also able to help offset some payments on account of issues faced during this Covid Pandemic. As a result I'm seeing a uptick in my credit scores, have multiple cards at 0 balance and also able to increase my savings.nnIt's also a big plus to have personalized support via phone / email as opposed to this inanimate process of calling a toll-free number and having to wait for a random executive speak with you!

This branch is amazing! The staff have consistently been the most helpful and genuinely caring people I've ever banked with. They've always taken care of me. I'd rate them higher if I could!

While a difficult place to find the staff here was very helpful, almost to the point of being award winning. They could tell I was upset about the difficulty of finding the place, but they provided a calm environment and were very accommodating. Finally, they even e-mailed me a note after the transaction thanking me for my business...who does that these days? Highly recommended!!!
