Not sure how others had such poor experiences. I booked appointment with them and went there. Everything was done on time. I was out in 15 min. Excellent Customer Service.
The majority of the team there has been around for years. When new people join, one of the existing team members will be sure to warmly introduce us right away.nThey've demonstrated that they genuinely care for me as a customer and a neighbor. Went here at 10:04 am 11/18/2017 and the male teller provided poor customer service. Absolutely terrible. I knew I would receive scum-tier quality of customer service from this type of individual, but I remained optimistic. This is why I voted for Trump.
Small bank right besides qfc and Starbucks. Great customer service
