I usually love shopping here, but today I picked out a few items for my home, went to the line, there were 9 people in front if me, each with their carts full, after waiting 15 minutes, I noticed there was only on cashier, I asked the lady counting customers as they walk in the store, if there were more cashiers available, she said sorry, NO. But as I was shopping, there were at least 6 gals that were stocking shelves or her, that could have come up front to help check people out. Absolutely could not believe they had such poor customer service, she could have jumped on a register. Dropped my things and left. So sad that good customer service is gone these days

Who doesn't love a bargain! This store has a great variety of styles to please just about everyone. Me for sure. The prices are great for quality items. You can't try on clothing just yet but there are mirrors around the store to give a person a good idea of how they would look on you. I did that today and came home with a great looking blouse. And a pair of shoes. I will always be a customer for ROSS.

This was my first time to the Ross in Billings and I must say I was less than impressed. The store was a complete disaster, I honestly cut my shopping short. Aside from everything being picked over which can sometimes be expected at Ross, the store was a complete disaster. Tripping over things as you try to walk through the store. I don't think there was one isle that was clean. You could not even shop the merchandise they did have due to the condition of the store. I wish I would have taken pictures but I just wanted to get out of there.

Yikes. Yikes on bikes. First off, you have someone up front turning numbers because only a certain amount of people are allowed in because of the pandemic. Then they thank every person who comes in wearing a mask. Hand sanitizer...everywhere. Too bad their products aren't everywhere. This store is more barren than my ex-husband's heart. I went to find some shoes, and there was literally seven pairs in my size...which was pretty much the story for ALL the shoes. Clothes? Good luck; there's hardly any. And no winter coats in the middle of January/February in Montana. Oh, but if you want area rugs, good god you're in luck, because somehow they had 50 billion. Haha

Great prices for clothing sets for smaller kids that are adorable. Wonderful selection of kids books fair price. I love this store with its wide variety of cooking items, bathroom items, super cute kid room themes. Really unique accent peices for decorating too. Plus gift bags. Has something for everyone.
