They refused to put my car back together they way I brought it to them. I purchased my previous tires at this exact same location, no issues. No one could explain to me why they wouldn't do it this time. I believe they were giving me a hard time because I was 10 minutes late, childish at best.
Great customer service, professional employees, very clean facility, the crew that was working when I showed up to have some tires mounted were very proficient and courteous. I will be a return customer for sure. Also I would recommend that shop to friends and strangers alike. Thanks Discount tire1
Stopped by to get some idea's on custom wheels for my new to me 2006 GMC Sierra. They are following Covid protocols which helps. Was greeted and helped inside. Was shown a several choices for my truck. Great customer service. I will definitely be back to purchase my wheels there.
Made an appointment. Workers listened to my need. Reasonable prices tires
Nah I ordered tires 3 weeks ago and went to my appointment and wasn't told until I got there that the tires hadn't come in yet. And they would call when they came in. A week later I called and was told they came in but they couldn't find them. Then a week later they called Friday and said they was supposed to come in Monday and they would call once they got them. No call on Monday and come Tuesday still no call and I got a text they cancelled my order and would be refunded. NEVER AGAIN! Will I waste my time with them in Carson city Nv
