I went there looking for a 5th wheel trailer that fit my needs, I was shown exactly what I was looking for, and shortly afterward I was approved for purchase, and they will be delivering it for me as soon as I sign off on the inspection. Couldn't ask for a smoother transaction. Thank you Gary!

Update based on your reply: My problem with your hours happened a year before covid. Your store hours have nothing to do with covid. Your prices are outrageous. They may be what you have to charge to make it -- but they are not what we will pay. And I'm NOT comparing them with Amazon, that would be unfair. Thankfully we have Wild West RV in Pahrump now. A breath of fresh air. And I highly recommend them for parts and service. They are SO friendly, show up on time and their prices are fair!! I've been treated rudely and ignored by RV Superstore. My review reflects my interaction with you over two years -- I didn't post my review until you disappointed me three times. Then I felt I had given you enough chances and my review is fair. Also, of the 6 times I've called needing parts, five of those times you would have had to order something in. Nothing in stock - even easy things, like 50amp power cords - which should be a no brainier.nnOver-priced, under-inventoried and their hours are less than convenient. I don't see them lasting much longer. I'd rather wait a day or two to ship something in, than to pay 2-4 times more for it. I love supporting local business, but this is far too expensive to do business with them.

Spent an half hour waiting for this place open on a Saturday morning. The Google info said it was open 9 - 5, but I called an other RV parts store and they informed me this place is now closed on Saturday. I submitted an update through Maps so no one else waste their time on a Saturday morning.

They don't offer as much to customers. Especially being from out of state and when you are in need of something. We we're told to go else where because they would have to order it and it will take a day or so. Maybe because it's a small town... IDK?? But wasn't to impress with the place. Plus they're prices are a bit on the higher side. We will stick to our Camp World.
