LOOK NO FURTHER! This was the most professional, genuine, top notch auto body shop I have ever dealt with. Broke down across the street and the one guy actually came over to see if there was anything that can be done before having it towed over. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road in the quickest, and safest manner. Cannot recommend them enough!
After several bad experiences with another tire service, I was impressed with the professional team at Tire Works. Special thanks to Keith, the manager for working with me in a kind and courteous manner. Been to this shop twice, once in 2020 and today 03/29/21. They are busy but give everyone complete attention. the mechanics have been knowledgeable and efficient. The manager is on the ball, aware of everything going on and very pleasant. They are the best.....and are fair in their pricing.
They didn't have the tire advertised, but they gave me a better tire for the same price. That's what I call customer service!!! Wait time was a little long even thow I had an appointment. All an all everything was great. Would recommend and use them again.
I have trusted them for years. Jerry is the best. He is so helpful & always answers all my questions. Everyone is so nice & knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable too ! I will never go anywhere else.
