Never thought my friend that comes out for a visit every 6 months would change stores until today. Had a blast shopping for fireworks. He said he is definitely going back to this place next time out. So nice to have people not being a crabby, snappy pain in the butt when asked questions about certain things. Can't wait to go back for more.
The team was in the middle of reorganizing the store upon my arrival. As much as I didn’t want to interfere so they could keep working, and had done my research prior to taking my first trip to a retail store. They didn’t hesitate to shadow me and keep me updated on stock, fireworks effects, value, and really just made me feel right at home. Definitely a team and retailer that cares for their customers and the satisfaction for the product they not only produce but other brands they carry as well. I would 100% recommend them to all my friends and family. They carry a product for all localities across states where consumer fireworks are allowed. The staff was very knowledgeable. I left the store feeling like a part of a pyro family. I will return and make more purchases without a doubt. The coverage of their products parallels all groups and demographics of firework consumer on a next level of pride and that’s something I haven’t felt shopping in any retail environment in a long time.
Staff super friendly. Down par as of now 03/14/21 there's no discount for first responders. I figured fireworks will help with the stress. Who knows maybe later it have some discount
