Wonderful food!! Amazing people bringing an amazingly tasty good time.
Craaaazy good tri tip. Im not sure whats in the sauce but its amazing. They even have a smokey one . You can really tell the owner puts his heart and soul into their cooking.
Had Carson City bbq at the Fandango rib fest. Best ribs I have ever had. Everyone needs to try them.
The ribs were not good, tough as leather. AND NO SMOKE RING WHAT-SO-EVER - probably why they had no smoke flavor.
The best Prime Rib in Northern Nevada. Thick, tender juicy, well seasoned slices. Phil at Carson City Barbeque does it like no other.
