Garibaldi's Italian Kitchen

I have always loved the food here but now the customer service is unacceptable. My parents came up from Southern California for a visit and wanted to go there. When I checked to see if they were open for business and get the number to call for a reservation, the site said that they ONLY take reservations for parties over 5. Since it was just the three of us, I obviously did not call. When we first walked in, it took a few minutes for someone to come over to us, ok not the the worst. A girl finally came over and asked us if we had a reservation and I told her no. She then told me that they only take reservations. I tried to explain to her that the site said that they only take reservations for parties 5 and up. She then told me that they have been trying to get that changed and I should have called. Really?? I try to not be bothersome and I'm not special so I'm wasn't going to call them and try to convince them that hey should take a reservation for us even though there are only 3 of us. My mom saw a few small tables at the front by the window and said that we were will to sit at one of those (they are really too small for 3 adults to eat at) and again we were told no. To be treated as though this was somehow my fault and I should have done more is unacceptable. I always make sure to spend my money somewhere that appreciates my business, and this isn't that place.

This place is wonderful to eat at. The food is excellent. They have a waiter named Slade, who is just outstanding. Goes out of his way for the customer and is always smiling. And he makes a mean Lemon Drop Martini!

First time to eat there and my husband and I were blown away at how wonderful the dishes were that we ordered. Service was exceptional, it was such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend everyone go.

We went there on 11/7/20 for the first time and it was amazing. The food is beyond good. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Talked to the owner and he's a great person. Don't expect the food to come out quickly because everything is made from scratch and it is well worth wait. We will go back again.

Authentic Italian food from a family owned place. Great food and service! You'll not be disappointed.
