I haven’t even went in yet and I already regret it. The women who answered the phone and set up my appointment literally not even 5 minutes ago was rude to me. If you don’t want to be a receptionist get a different job. Who wants to go somewhere where you’re rude before I even step in the door. This is exactly why I hate doing anything in Hobbs. Rude people who shouldn’t be dealing with customers!
So my first time for my appointment in Hobbs nm wasn't good at all. The doctor wasn't there no one called to reschedule the appointment. So I asked for a different doctor. It toke three months to get an appointment at this clinic. I scheduled for the new different doctor was Marva Johnson. The front desk personnel is very rude. It is hard sometimes to schedule an appointment with rude personnel in the front. But the personnel in the back nice. The doctor in the back is professional.
I love this clinic. I have never felt so comfortable and so cared for at a doctors office! Amazing people here, and always nice and clean!
