I feel. The hospital it needs some improving such as the wait time, it takes forever. Their was an issue I was having but the CEO guy called me trying to fix the problem, seemed sincere, and I appreciate that, so that is why I gave a 5 star. The front desk people are really nice and the cleaning ladies, made small talk and offered me a blanket while I waited and I appreciated that as well.

I was very satisfied and happy with their service and the staff there were very friendly and helpful especially Caitlin. I'm not sure if I spelled it correctly. She explained everything in detail and made sure if I needed anything and checked on me constantly. I was very very satisfied and my family as well. Great job to all staff that attended us that day.

The only reason I will give this 2 stars is the fact that the ER doctor on call was great! She answered any questions I had plus some. But then I waited in the ER for 6 hours before finally being admitted to the floor. If you are in any critical condition, DO NOT GO HERE AND GET ADMITTED TO THE SURGICAL FLOOR!!!! As a nurse, I could honestly sue them if something bad happened. I spent the night where I wouldn't see anyone for over 4 hours (rounds are every 2). I sat with a pain of an 8 for over 3 hours after telling the nurse and was not even given a Tylenol. There was only 1 assessment done for the 2 days I was there (there should be one done at EVERY shift change) and she didn't even give me a full assessment. I was there for gastric problems and no one even listened to my bowel sounds (which is nursing 101). To top it all off, no one even gave me information on what was wrong with me and how to properly take my medications (I never mentioned being a nurse). Seriously, this is the worst place to go.

My boyfriend passed out and got a severe concussion, he was taken to the E.R. by ambulance and they determined to needed to stay because he had a severe headache and was vomiting but they “needed to do a covid test”. His test came back positive and they kicked us out and told us his symptoms were not even from the concussion, but from covid when he had just fallen and hit his head on concrete. He even had amnesia and couldn’t even remember the month, couldn’t walk or anything and they still kicked us out.
