Fiesta Jalisco

Service was slow and inattentive. Several waiters were not wearing face masks. Inside of restaurant was freezing cold. Fish tacos were excellent. Everything else was meh—tacos, tamales, chipotle chicken. Brought wrong kind of tortillas and never came back to table until he brought the check. Definitely would not recommend.

Nice suprise in a more desolate part of the great American west.

Mexican food, yeah, super delicious. I love going here. I'll return with my coworkers. This place has a good feel to it. Kinda of like a restaurant in Los Angeles I liked to visit.

Everything was terrific for lunch, at Fiesta Jalisco in Craig! The cleanliness of the restaurant! The food! the excellent service! (our waiter/bartender kept his mask on the ENTIRE TIME)nthe prices! the front door parking! And the safe distance between each table and booth.

Please utilize the cast array of spices available. The food is good but plain. Service was outstanding! I will eat here again when I'm next in Craig, Colorado!
