Stunning restaurant with beautiful ambience and great service. Every dish was delicious. Only bcos it is new it does not have many reviews but we tried a few more know restaurants in Aspen and this restaurant food was memorable. I definitely recommend this place

Welcoming staff and great ambiance. Outdoor seating was warm and comfortable for the upstairs bear den. We will be back again!

Excellent underground lounge/restaurant. The ambiance is twinkling lights, crystal plates and glasses, and housey international music. Cocktails are creative covering gin tonics, to charcoal infused, gold flaked creations. Wine list is comprehensive covering most palates, being in the mid to high ranged bottles, sommelier is knowledgeable and paired well to the food, and presentation. The food was thoughtful, and flavorful, in the tapas and pintxos style, with some attributes to its Spanish origin. This is definitely a special night out type of place, or where you can easily rack up the $ signs, for a casual evening. Definitely review the menu ahead of time if you are budget conscious. Also, make a reservation. There is proper coat check, a warm environment, and cozy seats, so you can wear you upscale wear indoors.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The service was 5 stars, the cocktails were inventive, and the food was delicious. The menu is mostly tapas with just four main course size dishes, so you can really have fun with it and try a bunch.n- The burrata, patatas bravas, hamachi, iberico plate, smoked labneh w veggies, calamari, tuna tostadas, and shrimp were all off the charts as far as tapas go.n- For main courses, we had the pasta with seafood and the beef cheeks. The pasta was SO GOOD and so fresh. The beef cheeks literally melted in my mouth and were in such a rich, tasty sauce.n- And finally, the desserts. The rice pudding was probably my favorite, but the meringue style citrus dessert was also great. Highly recommend the espresso martini as well!
