This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to anywhere in the world. Every member of staff is amazing, you will know what it feels like to be a VIP rock star when you go.nThe food is out of this world, you must try the cheese bread.nI had an excellent Long Island Ice Tea, made with quality liquor.

The Caribou Club serves excellent food and drinks in a private setting. The restaurant, bar, lounge and dance floor make this a venue in Aspen that has everything. If you get the chance to go here, definitely take up the offer — many fun nights to be had here. Thanks for hosting me, while in Aspen!
