Clark's Oyster Bar

One of my favorite spots in Aspen. The food always impresses at Clark’s. The restored building is tasteful and charming, with an amazing patio. I highly recommend their daily happy hour from 3-5pm. Martinis are ~$8 and their killer burger is just $12. If you join for dinner, you can’t go wrong with any of their seafood / pasta dishes. Enjoy!

Clark's serves consistently outstanding food. My wife loved the Branzino, but I would say that the Cioppino is a must order. Great service and good wine selection.

This place is such a treat. Great oyster selection and friendly bartenders made for a lovely aprés. My only regret is not buying their Santa sweater.

Lovely, quaint makeover of the former space. Cozy by the fireplace. Strong menu, not the often overwhelming seafood choices. Fresh happy-making oysters from both coasts. Good octopus with a perfectly paired Greek wine and good steak tartare. Cocktails were fine.
