Had the Opportunity to have dinner with my son over Christmas holidays. From start through dessert was a gastronomical treat. I cannot think of a negative thing to post. The waitstaff were what you expect at upscale place; knowledgeable and attentive, but not overbearing. 7908 is a great atmosphere for gathering of friends and loved ones.

You dont expect cheap food in Aspen but you also expect superior food quality which did not happen here. Place is nice and probably ambience is better before Covid times. Food quality has to be improved, mediocre at best.

I just for the first time to have dinner and I was impressed with the quality of service, the staff was super friendly and kind, they recommend us lots of weird and funny cocktails in a good way, the food was spectacular, the octopus was my favorite by far and also a dessert that I don't remember the name.nBut overly I love my experience, even the chef came out to talk with us.
