I'm a little disappointed to have to write this review as I generally love Saturadays selection of ice fishing gear. I recently sent one of my foriegn friends in to get an additional day on his fishing license and the guy behind the counter told my friend because he isn't a citizen he can't get a fishing license which is a blantant lie. I am a local fishing guide and punch licenses in regularly and my friend is already in the system for Colorado. We wanted to stop by Saturaday's due to convenience. my friend argued with the guy for a minute and came out visibly upset while we sat in the car and purchased his license online looking up his information easily. He even has a Colorado driver's license and SS#. He's even in the system as a Colorado resident. Instead of going back inside and causing further confrontation we just drove off and am now writing this review instead because I would've had a few words with whoever told him this. I get the idea that this person just didn't want to deal with my friend because he had an accent. There are definitely options to punch in foreigners using a passport as well and have personally been a fishing guide in Colorado for 5 years. One of your male employees definitely deserves a talking to about treating people fairly regardless of where someone comes from. It was Tuesday two days ago.

As a local, I’m sad about this review. However, the staff is incredibly rude. I give them a pass most of the time and think they probably tire of tourists. Not this time. My son-in-law went to get ice last minute because our ice machine on our refrigerator seized up. They would only sell him (3) 8 lb bags of ice. I get it, it was the Fourth of July. It was probably busy. But he told them, “I’ve got a problem and I’m getting married today.” She looked straight at him and said, “I don’t care.” I haven’t gone there myself in ages, because quite frankly they are rude. I go to Diamond Shamrock for gas and other needs, even if I am on fumes. I will continue to do so. Sour people can keep their ice next time and thank you, I will continue to take my business elsewhere. Ciao Jerks!

Tried shopping here during a pandemic and their employees were having a picnic at the counter laughing and eating not wearing protective mask so I will take my business elsewhere. This happened after I called to ask if they were and was told “absolutely, we absolutely have all employees wear them 9 hours a day”. Get a fkn clue about what’s going on in the world.

great place to get just about anything. this is the type of store your children will always remember stopping at before and or after a camping or road trip. Don't miss stopping in, get some gummy worms, a fishing license, a gun and booze. that is all you need to have a true american vacation. Gas prices may be high but they are no higher than everywhere else in the local area.

Horrible horrible guy working the counter who yelled at my wife for trying to purchase a pizza that we were allowed to purchase the day before. Cursed at her and was being a straight ass. He better watch his back. No one talks to my wife like that when all you have to say is I'm not allowed to do that and there would have been no problem. He needs to be fired after talking to a customer the way he did
