I have taken my dogs here for years. I only have one now but he gets treated like a king(a 6lb king) On this visit I had my dogs nails done. I had mentioned to Sam that on my prior visit I couldn't even tell that he got his nails cut because he was still clacking when he walked. She suggested that I go back to getting them grinded so I did. She did such an amazing job on his nails! I'll definitely be asking for her to do them in the future plus she was super sweet and had killer nails herself. Thank you Sam!

The sales guy Justin was great. Took me straight to the item I needed even though he didn't know exactly what I was talking about. Plus he was super entertaining and fun to talk to.

Animals not wearing masks!!!!

My dog has been getting groomed at this location for 2 years. They're fantastic, helpful, and she always looks great! The grooming team loves and cares for my dog as if she were their own. They take great care and time on each visit, they're not rushing or over scheduling. I've moved fairly far from this location in the last few months but I will still drive the distance to have them groom my dog.

We arrived at 6:30 for an online order. When we arrived we asked a woman about a chameleon. My boyfriend has owned multiple chameleons before and was interested in adopting. When we asked her about it she immediately was rude and said: it's $140 and you should come back tomorrow because we close in 30 minutes. It felt like she was trying to ward us off by the price when we were fully aware because it was right on the sign that we were already looking at. We were fully prepared to come home with the chameleon that night. On top of that, we then went to checkout to pickup the online order, she was again extremely rude. We had spent $300 online and I told her I wanted to make sure that the fancy literbox of we got came with litter. She walked over to show me where the litter was, literally pointed and walked the opposite direction away from me. I took the litter back, and she did not return. Leaving me, and 5 customers behind me unable to check out. If it was one rude experience I would have looked past it but this woman was constantly rude in a completely unnecessary way and not only that, but lost the store possibly hundreds of dollars. I have worked in retail for 10 years and would never treat someone this way.
