I have never been to a gym more accepting and inviting to all walks of life. I have witnessed people that have never lifted a weight or ran 100 yards in their life, come into Project Rise and feel welcome in minutes. Not only is it beginner-friendly, but it is a place that you can come as a seasoned athlete and thrive. They are some of the most knowledgable and friendly coaches I have ever met and they truly want to see you get better. They have a killer nutrition program, personal training and everything you need to be successful. They are great people, and I highly recommend!

My husband and I started going here a couple months ago and love it! I was only a few weeks postpartum and they took really good care of me making sure I went at a good pace and didn’t over-do it. The coaches are great, the workouts are fun and the owners are amazing people! We also did the nutrition program with Jackie and had a great experience with that too! Highly recommend this gym. They also make it possible for us to get to the gym with a baby. We bring her in her car seat and keep her close enough to be able to keep an eye on her. The staff even helps if she gets kind of fussy and keeps an eye on her for us. Happy to call project rise our gym.

A year ago I went there after a referral of a friend. I took personal classes with Erik, and Lexi for Nutrition guidance.nAnd I’m so thankful for both actually for the whole staff! They were awesome! And sure the owner and his nice wife.nI was suffering having emotional problem and lack of confidence. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to continue with PRF because I moved out of the country. But since then and until now I do appreciate every single/tiny thing they offer me. Thank you so much for changing my life. It meant so much for me. I dropped the excess weight that ruined my life with Combination of nutrition and personal training classes. Thank you!

Project Rise has been a second home to me for the last 5 months. I initially joined through the first belly fat blast challenge and have not looked back since. This is an amazing place to train for multiple reasons. The accessibility to be able to train through out the day is a huge plus for me with multiple convenient classes, very accessible open gym times, and large open training spaces with the necessary equipment. The classes allow all levels of fitness to be able to participate and get a good workout, so it makes training more attainable for all! All of the coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and just overall great people. I cannot speak highly enough about the owners and coaches in how much they go above and beyond in caring for the community that they built within this gym! Bottom line... amazing facility that breeds great fitness and a great community environment.
