Giving 2 stars for service, not for food. We never actually got our food and I'm assuming the Ramen is pretty good here. But we ordered and waited for more than 45 minutes. When I finally went to the counter and asked the waitress if we could get an ETA on our order, she came back 5 minutes later and said it would be an additional 10 minutes because they had a big order they had to make. That would be over an hour waiting for a bowl of Ramen with no heads up or warning when we ordered. Very poor experience and we cancelled our order because we didn't have another 30+ minutes to spend there.

I got the miso, my wife the mama, it was very good. There could have been a bit more broth, and the extra (and all) toasted seaweed was forgotten, for that I would give it 4 stars but I know they just moved into their new place and that’s not always easy... All in all great service and it is very very very tasty.

After the horrible service and waiting for the noodles for about an hour on an almost empty restaurant, finally the noodles arrived cold and no exactly what I ask for. A marruchan soup would have better than what they served. Canned beer was excellent. But I was very very disappointed.

The ramen was terrible (tried mama and miso, veggie).nNoodles were overcooked and were basically one big lump. The broth was way too oily and fatty, you could also just eat a spoon of vegetable oil. The tofu was acceptable, the soft-boiled egg was fine.nnMaybe this is how traditional japanese ramen is supposed to be but I kind of doubt that.
