Friendly people, can find what you need.
The guy we spoke to was super knowledgeable about tanks and fish and he was very helpful and setting us up with what we needed. My husband and I haven’t kept fish in over 20 years but kept us up to date on all the new stuff and good reminders. I didn’t catch his name but he was a slim guy working right before closing 2/15/2021 amazing customer service and I say this as a manager of a Barbershop it’s hard to find people with a passion for what they do and he definitely has a passion that should be appreciated
Good staff. Friendly and willing to help. A balance between those with some decent experience and those learning. Tells me a lot about the management. Very homely and comfy design. It's very welcoming and fun! There's also a huge selection that doesn't feel too overwhelming. Great helpful staff.
Went to pickup an online order. Very efficient checkout process despite the store being super busy at the time. Store employees were friendly and even apologetic for what I thought was a reasonable wait.nnOnly thing they need is a big sign when you walk in showing where to pickup online orders. I spent my first few minutes in the store confused that I didn't see any sign with arrows telling me where to go for online pickup orders, as many stores have right inside their front door now.
