Too loud, not enough attention by waitress, and wrong food.nnI realize it was a bar, but the experience I had felt like it came out of a typical, bar movie scene -shouting, inappropriate topics being discussed, and lots of curse words. But, HEY, it's a bar.nnSo my review is based not on the bar scene, but the food & waitress experience. The burger my husband got was switched and taken to the wrong table. The waitress was absent most of the time... And overall just not an experience I enjoyed.nnPositive was that the burgers were still good and that they brought pop-corn to the table in the beginning as we waited.
Free popcorn brought to your table and probably the best burgers I've ever had. On top of that the french fries are hands down the best french fries I've ever had. I would eat just french fries there if their burgers weren't so damn good.
At one time customer service was a priority, but I guess that has went by bye the wayside.
Good burgers.
It's where all the locals hang out. Service has really slipped for the worse. The waitress staff should be assigned a specific area and receive their own tips. By not assigning areas, no one is interested in service. Should not have to wait an hour to get food or drinks.
