This has never been a great office. If I was able to, they would receive no stars. Today is the day I realized how bad they had gotten. First off I set up back to back appointments gor my spouse and myself, with the same doctor. I called thinking I was going to be 5 minutes late due to a slow driver. I spent 15 on hold only to be put on hold again, then hung up on. As I entered the office, I waited my turn. Only to be told by the rep, that the office had moved. And was now another 5 minutes away. At this point we're 15 minutes late. Jumping back in the car we race over to the new address. Only to find a pediatric office! Finally we wereable to find the office, which was hidden with the other buildings, with really no signs.nAfter about 10 more minutes in line. I almost got skipped. I explain to the new rep, how I had set up two appointments, the calling, not being informed about the office being moved, and not knowing till after going to the office I was originally told to go to, was I told that they had relocated. The rep said she would ask if the appointment could still be had, at which point I said I will call my spouse as ask if he wants to keep he's appointment as well.nWith in a couple minutes she was back, telling me that we would be rescheduling. At which point I told her that I would not be coming back and we will be canceling their next appointment. She actully seemed shocked! We had traveled a total of an hour one way, with the lack of needed information to get to the appointments. At this point I would not go in. Not only are they unable to inform their patients of needed information. But the lack of cleaning was noticed as well.

The primary care I received by my provider PA-C Seth Grisham has always been excellent , as well as, outstanding. His sensitivity about my healthcare needs speaks volumes about his attitude relative to his profession. In addition, I would like to commend the nurse ( Loreen) who assists PA Grisham. Her warm and caring approach to provide me with comfort and confidence in terms of resolving my healthcare concerns is impressive and I consider her to be on of the best nurses I have ever interfaced with at a clinic and/or hospital. I have been going here since 2016 and have always had a very friendly experience. The staff is quite capable. The facility is always clean and inviting.

Location was clean and neat. Front desk staff was friendly and the MA was friendly as well. The physician ordered labs but I wasn’t told if they were fasting labs or not. When I asked at the front desk if they were fasting labs they didn’t know and handed me a card with the lab hours on it. They physician was okay, somewhat empathetic before we started talking about medications. There was miscommunication between the physician and I; I left feeling like my concerns I expressed were dismissed with out any since of care. And that I was not really going to get a good level of care .I realized there Is a stigma attached to certain medications- but treating all people the same is hazardous and inconsiderate. I will most likely be looking for another primary care physician; which is a shame because it seemed like it might be a nice clinic. I would like to have a primary care dr. that I felt cared about the patient rather then dismiss what the patient is saying over a miscommunication.nAfter the issue with the medication I still didn’t get a referral for specialist to check for other physical issues I am having. My health is degrading and this doesn’t seem like a clinic that really wants to be excellent in their care of their patients. Honestly I am worried to leave my health in their hands.

They called me and told me they wanted to go over my lab work. Took a week to get an appt. Then the day before they canceled the Dr was sick. So I could not get in for three more weeks. Then today they called and canceled because the Dr no longer works after 4pm. I said the heck with that Dr switched Dr's lets hope that one won't get canceled. It should NOT take a month to get lab results, I work at Drs office it would never take that long. I have been going to this clinic for 20 years to bad they have gotten so bad.
