Don’t let your family go here. Wish I would have read the reviews. Nurses are very unprofessional and talk about patients not even caring who is listening. Doctors say they want to release just because a hospital bill is being ran up without helping the patient. I took my son to UTMC and he got the care he needed and is doing so much better.

Had a great experience with the ER staff as well as Dr. Phillips in ortho for my surgery. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Outpatient Surgery Center needs to step up their cleaning game. There was DRIED URINE droplets that had crystallized on the floor of room 46 where we were waiting to be taken back for anesthesia. Nurses are snippy and unprofessional. Completed the survey that Press Ganey emailed me, voiced my concerns, and seriously doubt I'll ever hear back from them, doubt anything will change. How difficult is it to Swiffer a floor between patients? My insurance paid your facility $61K for the procedure I had and you can't even clean the floor before I arrive? It's reminiscent of of the old Liverslide Hospital. Gotta love them healthcare heroes!

The labor and delivery/postpartum ward as well as the NICU at St V's are absolutley phenomenal. The nurses are amazing, kind, caring, and helpful. I was there for longer than usual due to some health complications and they took absolute great care of me. My son also had to go to the NICU for a couple of days and they were amazing. They helped him get better in no time and they were extremely reassuring, helpful, and compassionate. I am so thankful for my experience here. Even though it wasn't the experience that I intended to have originally, they made it easy and comfortable despite all of the setbacks we had. Thank you to the whole labor and delivery, postpartum, and NICU teams that work here, you guys are phenomenal ❤ufe0f.

I am so sorry that I was tricked.nI couldn’t cut my medication, I was in the hospital in a shrink told me when I get my grandmother’s number and called my dear I was up my permission gave me injection of medication cut me off a controlled substance and they told my family doctor that I don’t need it he doesn’t know that I was on for 15 years, I am so apologetic but it’s very hard to function where you cannot get your medication and they take you away from you which is Hyppa rights violation completely my social worker size it, when I was in the hospital for an accident when I couldn’t have anybody help me at the time I was taking off my anxiety medication I was put on for 15 years three days before I got out the hospital. It’s put on Benadryl the reason people get worse in the hospital is costly is if your hospital does what they do in Cleveland take you off controlled substances in your notice that you’ve been on for 15 yearsPut you on new experimental medication is there $2000 in your med Gets trapped with no notice the thing is I don’t think that State Farm insurance patient should be given medication that’s for big Pharma because it will make them much worse if a doctor is prescribing me medicine for bipolar but I don’t know the difference between bipolar one by parts you that was wrong with healthcare sorry for venting.
