Good atmosphere. Better staff. Even better food. 10 out of 10.

Although it is the old Longhorn Saloon .. It's a little better than the old Longhorn. It's got a nice variety of food. It feels a lot better inside. Good burgers! Get the Hangover burger. It's more than good!

I definitely would not give them your business. They have been hosting shows during the entire pandemic and have not been adhering to any CDC guidelines, which they've already been busted for. The owner has been lying about this constantly and deleting any negative reviews from their Facebook page where people are holding them accountable for their actions. That and many other food safety and sanitation issues. The owner has also been using homophobic slurs and attacking the businesses of individuals that have nothing to do with the controversy surrounding The Polish Ostrich.

This is an interesting dive bar that seems to cater to locals. The women's bathroom was clean. There was no live band playing at the time, nor was it overly crowded. Ordered mac and cheese and a Polish sausage. One bite of each was more than enough to attempt to stomach. Flavorless pasta, not sure the meat content on a ridiculously buttery bun. The cabbage was delicious, and mustard was awesome. The bartender was attentive and polite. Probably a great place for a shot and a beer. Pass on it if you've driven 2 hours and believe you're hungry. You won't be once you taste it.
