The food and service were very good !!
Use to love going there. But this last time...I am over it. Had to wait it lobby to be seated while no one was around people coming in behind me. Sat at the table almost 10 minutes before someone noticed, not even my server. Then took 40 minutes to get my dinner, by then just asked for boxes and took it home !!nIt's to bad because I have really got to know the managers here and they are great people. But still have some bad severs I guess.
Menu is too small and the rolls aren't anything like I remember as a kid
Finally! Got COVID vaccine and decided to eat at Red Lobster for the first time in a year and a half. Restaurant was half full or so, Not much social distancing, but staff all wore masks. Service was fast and very friendly. Salad was great. Got the Admiral's Feast which was really good, for the most part. Shrimp great, scallops, also great. Clams strips were over cooked, but edible and the flounder was extremely small and also overcooked. Still, was all I could eat, so for the most part, I was satisfied. Nice to get out to a restaurant again! Touchless transaction forces you to leave a tip is 15% OR MORE, no exceptions. I guess that's the way of the future.
I love the new updated menu with some awesome delicious mouth watering recipes. Our server Ashley provided some amazing customer service and the manager attended to our every need.Overall great experience and we will be visiting again.
