I've been to Applebees many times over the years an I have never had such a horrible experience. Food took forever and then was ice cold. (Just ordered appetizers as our meal) had to send them back which took even more time. Waitress was amazing although she was trying her best with as busy as they were. One manager refused to even talk with us, the second manager actually made it a point to talk with us and tried to make things right. Even so, both myself an boyfriend have said we wont be back.

Took my mom out for her birthday we had okay customer service I didn't feel like our waitress came to the table as often. But I still left a good tip because she was at least nice.

Slow not very a comfortable cozy place to eat or take family anymore food is like going to a fast food place. Changed too much. It really went down hill then 5yrs ago I really enjoyed it and took people with me. I used to suggest it but Not anymore. I really liked the day manager years ago he must be gone now. He was very friendly and did a fantastic job. I'm sorry and disappointed. I wish I would have taken my daughter and grandson elsewhere last week

I would’ve given this a 5 star review, but there was only one flaw on this experience (we visited today 1/22/21 around 5 pm). Kitchen staff did great job on our food, our waitress did a decent job during the dinner rush, but you guys might need to have a little talk with your host who was working around that time (don’t know what his name is, but he was about 5’5”, skinny, and had dark hair) about what he should and shouldn’t mention to customers. My mom and I had just cashed out and were getting ready to leave anyway, but as my mom still had her plate to clear off, the host walked back to our table and asked, “Can I get any plates out of your way?” My mom simply told him she still needed to put her leftovers in her box, then he replied back with a, “We do have a wait list for customers waiting to be seated.” My mom felt a little rushed and offended by that comment bc she was trying to hurry, but I believe someone waiting to be seated was giving him a hard time about the wait. It was a bit inappropriate and unprofessional for him to mention about the wait time to us. Other than that everything else was fine.
