We went here for the first time today and we got the Sunflower and the Mountain sandwiches and they were absolutely amazing. By far best sandwich place we have found yet!
This place has an amazing selection of loose leaf teas and their sandwiches are named after yoga poses!
Great food and a wonderfully inviting setting. Maria is the perfect hostess!
Friendly staff, pleasant yoga courses, they often remember your preference on make ng your meal and if you bring in a cup (as in like my self you are a regular) there is a shelf it might wind up on with your name. That and they sell art by a couple local artists. Come on in and enjoy lunch, tea, great service and possibly yoga or a massage.
Extensive tea selection and the staff is very knowledgeable about their teas. I love their chicken tortilla soup and their sandwiches are equally impressive! The classes at the yoga studio are fair priced and lead by amazing instructors :)
