Closing the doors, Ten years ive been there and always good people, Hope Sherri and everyone are good and working still. Going to miss it, very cool building and coffee was good.

Just wanna say how frustrated i am with there atm machine which seems to be unavailable more than 50% of the time i go to use it..And especially with this virus thing going on,pretty crucial for that atm machine to be working...

The customer service from this bank has been outstanding and the manager Vicki has gone above and beyond to help me out this week. Great bank!!!

Never any problems. Smooth Banking

So I've always come to banner bank and the ladies are always wonderful except for one. I’ve never thought I would ever experience discrimination first hand. Rose assisted me today, making my visit absolutely horrible. She started off asking basic questions with no greeting whatsoever. She was asking a question and when given an answer, she kept re-iterating the question as if I didn't answer it the first time. I then decided to use a check as a reference but instead she snatches it, to place it back to its original place - ignoring the fact, that I was trying to help. She then proceeds to grunt multiple times, as if my presence was an annoyance. After, she grabs my receipt and hands it to me, with no words exchanged. I proceed to ask her name and then she asks for mine. I told her I will make sure her behavior is known to the manager and then threatens me saying that she will make sure mine is real known too. I was nice the entire time. Another person gets assisted by her, who is not of color and is completely nice to them. This has been an ongoing problem, with every visit of mine and it’s sad to see someone like her representing Banner Bank poorly. Although two other ladies have been so wonderful to me but today was enough to convince me that Rose was not cut out for any customer service job, especially being selective with whom she wants to treat humanely.
