Good food but the service was very unfriendly

Started off with the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms. They were delicious. We ordered the Longhorn (22 oz. Porterhouse) and the steak and lobster. Both steaks were cooked to order and even though we had a 30 minute wait to be seated the service of the food was very quick. Our server was polite and attentive. They were pretty crowded on a Thursday at 5pm. The pandemic reduction of seating regulations and mask policy were enforced.

My service from my waitress, to me was somewhat lackadaisical, my girlfriend was giving a salad but no dressing was served with it, we had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes just to bring back salad dressing, I'm very particular about having hot crispy fries, they were cold, old so definitely not edible and she did not bring ketchup salt and pepper I had to ask for these things which ketchup usually comes with french fries, so I ate half my recooked hot fries which I had to remind her I need ketchup and my burger was overcooked and no onions which I ordered extra onions everything no bacon because I don't eat pork,. At the end of my meal it still took her 20 minutes to give me change for $20 and to just bring my check I was really at the point where I just wanted to walk out of the place because maybe she thought I had paid her I don't know. I usually over tip, because that's my understanding of how waitresses and service etc earn their Monies and I just could not convince myself to give her a decent tip this is the first time I have ever not left a decent tip even with poor service and I hate this because most people think that people of color do not tip but I like certain service and I over tip but this made me look bad because she gave me just terrible service. Love this location! Their mac and cheese with awesome! Our server Maggie was great. Very pleased
