We had a great day-after-thanksgiving golf outing at New Albany Links with family and friends. Kris Miller and his team are awesome, great customer service. Course isn’t very long but is still plenty challenging. Would highly recommend playing here
Played just a couple days ago after a good amount of rain and was pleasantly surprised by how well the course drained. The fairways and greens were all in good shape, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoy this course and will continue to do so whenever I’m back in Columbus to visit family.
Did not play when our group went here in August 2020. I always walk when I play. This course does not have a walking rate. Most local courses do. It appears they are discouraging walking. This seems odd when we are trying to grow the game and emphasize healthy exercise. Also carts greatly increase maintenance costs.
Refused to give a rain check when it was raining. Was forced to call Golfnow who had to have the course call them and prove it was raining in order to issue a refund. All we asked for was a rain check because it was raining. Kris Miller, the head pro, was not friendly and provided poor customer service. Pretty unhappy about this given the amount of times we’ve played at this course.
Horrible Home Owners Association, I would look anywhere else in New Albany because of the HOA itself. Lack of Communication and they will bring you to small claims court the first opportunity that they get.
