MY REVIEW IS ON US BANK OVERALL, NOT JUST THIS LOCATION.nThey are the worst. Their customer service knows NOTHING. You have to talk to 6 ppl to get an answer that all customer service reps should know. They always want to offer to call you back, NO ONER EVER CALLS BACK. Ive been dealing with the same issue for 4 months, with everyone giving me the run around. As soon as my issue is resolved, I will NEVER do business with this bank again.

The ATM is ALWAYS down on a Friday morning so don't even bother stopping in...very frustrating.

I asked for change for a 50 dollar bill. The guy at the desk told me he couldn't give me change because I'm not a US Bank customer.nIn case you're wondering Huntington Bank will make change for you. In fact, I've never had a bank tell me I had to be a customer of theirs to break a larger dollar bill.
