Our service tonight was great! At first there was some confusion with our server which caused a bit of a wait for us to get our drinks however as soon as the staff realized the mix up we were immediately greeted by a polite and friendly employee who took our order and then introduced us to who would be our server. Not only did both apologize to us for the extra wait (not to mention they were definitely busy) but the manager Matt went out of his way not once, not twice but three times to ensure everything was OK with our food and ongoing service as well as made things right for us. Now to me that's great customer service and the food was fresh and tasty! We'll certainly be back...
Wonderful food and service. We had stuffed mushrooms and wing appetizers, and for dinner we had steak (cooked to perfection), chicken tenders and a kid's burger. No desserts. Great server - patient with children, and anticipated every need - meeting them ahead of time - refills, ketchup, etc. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
Great food.. only issue is if you pick up. inspect your bag we are always missing an item every time we go. We always check our bags before we pull off.. which really isn't to bad buy save your self the headache and check before you leave

Horrible service today at Longhorn. Ordered a 7 pepper lunch salad first time ever. Food was pretty good. It's a salad. Got the bill and was $15. Asked waitress Christa why it was so high and she got bent out of shape with attitude. She did get my bill lowered to reflect what i thought i ordered. But lose attitude.
