I had my wallet stolen, i requested new cards which takes 6dys. I tried the digital card on my phone at the ATM in the snow for 90 minutes, i still couldn't get my own money. I called the 800 number- useless BofA app-useless.nnI have to find some way to work, eat for the next 6dys. I didn't realize the banks are closed, & we are suffering during COVIN-19

Web says they're open Saturday. Drove 50 minutes to get there. There was even a sign on the door saying that weekend hours hadn't changed due to covid...... they're just not open. Disorganized. Zero customer interest and support.

I've been with BoA for some time now and it's been amazing so far. I'm glad there's one near home now. Emma H. Was so great and made me feel like I was in good hands. Got everything taken care of quickly and made sure all was great before I left. Absolutely amazing!

I went to cash my paycheck on 3/19, since it was a US Bank check I was told it would have to be deposited. That's fine by me. Then i was told the majority of it would be on hold until the 23rd but i would have access to 200 the next day. Fine and dandy by me. I wake up the next morning to check my account, nothing. Except as I look through, my whole check is placed on hold until the 28th. Are you kidding me!!!! If I knew this from the start I would have gone to a payday loan place and cashed my check there and deposited cash into my account. They lie to you, they dont want to give you your money, they dupe you. And now I have to go another week without hearing because that money was supposed to go to buying me a new hearing aid. Way to go BOA!!!!!

Definitely not a bank for the people. They charge a $8 dollar fee TO CASH THEIR OWN CHECKS. That is ridiculous, they tried to pressure me into opening an account, but there is literally a fee for everything at this bank. Horrible! Those fees add up every month. Save yourself the trouble.
