Aroma Thyme Bistro

The food, atmosphere, and location were amazing!!! We went for Easter dinner and the food was by far some of the best I've ever had! The brisket was cooked to perfection, the potato blue cheese pizza was uniquely fantastic, and the blueberry crumble was just the right level of sweet for dessert! If going with a group definitely order and share multiple appetizers and entrees to truly enjoy the wide variety of delicious foods!

A friend recommended this spot while on a mini trip in Catskills. We almost skip on by it to a spot a few doors down. Something told us to give it a try and I’m glad we did. The food is so good and their dessert. The service was so great our waitress was so sweet. Thank you for a good night guys.

This place is unquestionably one of the tastiest place to eat in the region. Anytime I come there I am so glad. They preserve their high standard service and the topmost level of meals they provide. You can never go wrong with this restaurant. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful experience ud83dudc95I had such a wonderful Christmas because of this fabulous eatery! My son is spending his first Christmas alone and we were in Texas. It broke my heart to think we wouldn’t be having a wonderful dinner together like we usually do. So instead we ordered dinner from Aroma Thyme Bistro and We FaceTime while we had dinner together. My son is a complete foodie! He especially loves organic, farm to market gourmet food. He was delighted with every bite. And it was so much fun to watch. Although we were quite jealous that we weren’t there enjoying that fabulous meal with him. We promised we’d be down in February and go together to the delicious and fabulous restaurant. The owner went above and beyond and I’m so grateful to Marcus. I also love that they have been serving a soup kitchen every year for Christmas. This place doesn’t serve food, it serves love!

Amazing service and great food. I thought the value was spot on for the pricing, the wine list is superb and extremely well priced. We sat outside and had ample space between us and our neighboring tables, plenty of patio heaters for a chilly evening. They also have a grocery menu of items from their main menu, proteins, sides, sauces, etc. that you can pick up to make things at home with their amazingly sources ingredients.
