Selmer's Pet Land

Great service. Great staff. Good and reasonable pet supply pricing. Good selection of puppy breeds. However, the puppy prices are ridiculous! Never have I seen a puppy cost more than $5,300. No puppy was less than $2,400. These are mixed breed prices - not even pricing for a full breed! Cheaper pricing for puppies elsewhere.

I obtained my Toy Yorkie puppy from Selmer’s Pet Land in 2004. This dog was the best pet I have ever owned. I got 17 years of love out of him and he just recently died peacefully in my arms. The staff there was so helpful when I was shopping for a dog. They actually had my dog in their office playing when I asked to meet him the first time. They truly care about the animals in their care.

What’s different about Selmer’s is that it’s not just a retail store that happens to sell animals. They’re a long-standing institution full of people who are passionate, patient, and helpful. They vet out their breeders to help ensure you’re getting a healthy pup, and make sure you’re aware of what’s to come. Antonio and Jessica were amazing, and even provided us with a light training plan to start us off and get us acclimated. They answered all of our questions, even after we brought our puppy home. They recommended a vet who has been great, and even a trainer name Kylie who we met with once (she was amazing too). It’s a one-stop, reliable pet store that we recommend wholeheartedly, and we’re thrilled with our puppy.

Just picked up my new mini golden doodle on Saturday! We had an appointment with Jessica and as soon we walked in we were immediately greeted by her and brought into the puppy den with the pup we wanted to see...she made the process so easy and was an absolute gem! We love our new addition and I recommend anyone looking for a new furry member to their family to most definitely check them out! Thank you Jessica and Selmer's for bringing us all together!

We just adopted our Mini Goldendoodle from Selmer’s and couldn’t be more thrilled with our choice. Jessica helped guide us towards selecting a puppy that best matched our needs and preferences. Four years previously she also helped us when we adopted a Cockapoo from Selmer’s pet store. Both our dogs have a great temperament and are healthy. Selmer’s truly cares for not only their pets but the customers as well. The store is always clean and the staff is always attentive. Our experience with Selmer’s has been a very positive one.
