I want to thank everyone there who has helped me over this past month during a very difficult time. The staff went over and beyond to ensure I was able to complete various transactions, etc. They even contacted a specialist to guide me. They did not rush me and listened to every concern. Thank you again

Absolutely the WORST community minded business and bank in Huntington! Despite an empty parking lot between 8:30 and 9:00 am there is a security guard sitting in his car preventing young parents with babies and preschool children from parking across from St. John’s preschool for the 10 minutes they need to drop off their children!!!! My account at this bank has been closed!!

A bank is only as good as the clerks, bankers, and generally, the customer service. None of the above is more than average, occasionally even worse than that. The facility appears to have seen better times.
