Great bartender, good food fast, nice selection.
Nice place. Ordered nachos to go. You get a lot but unless you like it very hot ask for less jalapeños.
We love Shu Jacks. It’s a great dependable spot for some food and drinks. The fat philly is a favorite.
On oct. 16, at 4 p.m.,my son picked up our to go order of 2 Rubens and 1 hamburger. Now, we really try to support locally but those were the worst Rubens we have ever got from shujacks. The hamburger was not their finest, either. The corn beef was a cheap deli . And obviously not cooked on site. We are totally disappointed.
My first and last time at this business, I ordered food to go by phone and spoke with Chelsea Arrington. I drive there, picked up the food and provided a 20% tip. I get home to find out that 25% of my semi large order is missing and I had been charged and paid for it. I called and spoke with Chelsea again and she told me they forgot and to come by again to pick it up, how inconvenient. I drive back and get there to pick up my missing order, drive back home and learn they forgot to put utensils with the order, no worries. Finally after an hour, my family and I were able to eat our now cold food that’s supposed to be hot. Out of the 2 times I was there today I was the only one there and the employees were to busy talking to themselves. Save the headache and avoid this business, Improvement is Needed.
