Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation Center

I walked through this place recently. Not too impressed. Huge fans in the hallways to try to keep it cool (and dry?), not very successfully. No security to control access that I could see. Not a nice smell.

This place is so outdated! It smells, the rooms are not cleaned on the daily. Our mother was there and the room was not cleaned for 3 days. The bathroom stunk. The toilet had feces in it from the person next door. It took 3 days for them to clean it! There is no AC in the rooms. If you say something they will tell you your family can bring you a fan. They have maybe 3 fans for the whole unit. The bedding isn’t changed if it is soiled. The CNAs do their best but talk about how terrible it is to work there. Management doesn’t know what they’re doing. You talk to the nurse and then the floor manager or the administrator and they all say something different. Nothing is consistent. Take your family member to a different nursing home. Don’t make the mistake we made. This place needs shut down.

small town not a lot of problems

That staff at the facility too excellent care of my family member and made her happy as best they could. Great service and nice people.

Please ,if you have any love for your family do not put then here.Think twice, this place is extremely, extremely, extremely dirty.
