Desperados

This was a disappointing meal. The food was not great, some hardly edible. Seemed like a bit of a rip off for what we got in the end.

This is where the locals go! I was invited out by a local family and very good food quality drinks You can get top end specialty margaritas with a bar full of specialty tequila. I was able to sample some of the best margaritas custom made with various tequila.nVery Covid safe equipped and trained staff.nNot a fan of the metal Togo dishes to eat your enchiladas but it part of the times.

Came here after a day of hiking the high peaks ready for a good meal. The staff is super nice which is a shame when reviewing this place. The one star is solely because of how nice they were.nnWe ordered 2 appetizers, one was premade heated empanadas which were really good. No complaints - the next appetizer was guacamole which was absent of any flavor. The avocados were no ripe which translated into hard chunks. No one ate this at the table.nnThe entrees were equally devoid of any flavor. I don’t know how anyone can say this place is good. The food are plates of items that look good but have absolutely no taste. Really disappointed after a long hike. The price was astronomical too!nnSteer clear of this place, only way you can enjoy this is if you’re absolutely too drunk to care or if you scalded off your taste buds and aren’t interested in any semblance of flavor in your life.

The place is near lake placid has good ambiance. Since we prefer vegetarian or vegan menu we did not have much option . We ordered one cheese enchilada and bean burritos which was good, we really liked the nachos and salsa dips. coming to the price it was a bit steep but overall the service and food was ok

Over priced for small proportion. Also my boyfriend has been a local here for over ten years and was told to go back where he came from from one of the staff member tonight. They forgot our nachos we ordered they asked to see our bag he brought it in said the f-ing shrimp fell out of the container. Long story short kid told him thats as he was walking out the door. Very poor customer service.
