Order from here regularly and always have great service. This time however it looks like i got 1/3 a cobb salad, no dressing, no utensils and the girl was leaning up against the counter back facing me texting away when i went in to pick the food up.
So I come here regularly and I love all the servers & bartenders...as lately me and my husband been sitting at the bar I'm used to Crystal Ariel and Cassie sometimes I recently met to Megan's one Megan as short hair blonde real sweet real attentive to customers and the other megan is sweet as well but I hate to say this but I try to not come on Sundays and Mondays because 1 she's always leaving and missing for periods of time and 2 we have to talk to her to keep her awake!!! Alot of us regulars feel the same way. We do love the other megan but she's very slow sometimes some days she's good but we go to the bathroom and we know she's in there and when she comes back she's well nodding off! I don't want her to get fired because she is a good server when she's awake!!
Mixed, got the combo plate, one side hot the other cold, fries even colder if possible, one off????
Got boneless chicken wings and chicken legs and french fries and all of the things was cold and french fries was hard and also the American cheeseburger was very greasy french fries on that plate was very cold had never again waste of $45 maybe they need to get a good cook there the only thing the waitress was excellent and to top if off one of the cooks had Covid-19 a few weeks ago and nothing was done I am good never will I go back there
We always have a wonderful time here and we come in large groups. Our server is always checking on all of us to see if we need anything and they are always accommodating. I hate to admit this, but there has even been times where we are in a large group and we split checks. The server is still always very polite and accommodating.i have always found their food to be hot and fresh. As well, this establishment is always clean in the dining area and bathroom area. This is definitely one of the better Buffalo Wild Wings around, in my experience.
