I used to use TracFone, and now US Cellular talked me into going with them. They told me I would have a hundred percent better reception. And yes it is a cheap $20 phone, but that shouldn't matter. I have dropped probably about 5 phones that broke in the past 5 years. And the service was always excellent, until one day I went in to buy a new phone the cheapest they had, they help me set it up in the store and when you buy a new product and it has that protection plastic but anyway I was walking from the store to my vehicle which is the first spot because I'm handicapped in the store rap came out to smoke a cigarette as I was leaving I noticed a small crack in the right upper hand corner and I turned right around and walked back in the store and I was told that I did it, found out the store person was a manager and I was wrong I dropped the phone it's all my fault that's how they made me feel like and I went back in the store bought a new phone and inspected it it was fine I did, for a couple years I didn't drop or do anything to the phone. Then I had to buy a new phone because I dropped it no problem I'll just buy a new one cheapest one they got, and when i started using it it started acting up doing whatever it wanted but the store said it was my fault and you're that one I think I'm going to go back to TracFone

The staff were knowledgeable, considerate and helped me find the right fit for my needs. Cindy was training a new person and gave excellent instruction while still moving my purchase along. I highly re this US Cellular stire.
