I stopped in five minutes before closing last Friday wanting to transfer my land line and was told it was going to take too much time to complete, but Drew Fletcher stated that he would be more than happy to stay past closing to help me out since I explained my work hours coincide with their store hours making it difficult to get here during normal business hours. He worked diligently to get my phone setup as quickly as possible, and we had a great time discussing various technologies and how they've evolved. I'll definitely make this my preferred Verizon store and recommend others do so as well.
The customer service here is top notch! They take the time to find you the appropriate gear. I would recommend to anyone in the area or passing thru looking for phones or phone equipment!
