We are thankful to have found someone like Rod to handle our water issues. He has been a true Godsend for us over the years! He takes the time to explain things to us and shows us the process of what he is doing. He is easy to get a hold of should an issue come up. His prices are very reasonable compared to other competitors. He is very personable, professional and reliable! Always cleans up after his installations and service calls! We have referred him to others over the years. Definitely would continue to do so.Thanks Rod!

I am beyond thankful that there are people like Rod in the world. We just moved into our home a few months ago and had limited knowledge about how a well system worked. I called Rod with our concerns/questions, expecting to set up an appointment for later in the week, he said I’ll be over in an hour! He was professional, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. He took his time explaining everything and answered every question we had! Can I give more than 5 stars?

Rod was truly a pleasure to work with. He was very flexible with his schedule and professional. The installation was great and he took his time explaining things and answering our questions. The price can’t be beat specially for what we received. We highly recommend Pristine Water.

We cannot say enough about Rod and his amazing customer service! We had been having difficulty scheduling with the company that typically services our water system, they wanted us to wait 2 months to get an appointment. We had to bypass our system and we couldn’t even run the washing machine without it timing out due to lack of water. We called Rod Friday afternoon and by 5pm that day he was at our home diagnosing the system. He performed a water test within minutes and was able to explain exactly what we needed to get things fixed. He then assured me he would get us taken care of and would return the next day, Saturday, at 9am to install and repair. His customer service goes above and beyond, his attention to detail is amazing, and he’s just a personable guy! We look forward to referring our friends and family to his small veteran owned business!
