Sad to see that their mobile sales are a higher priority than their brick and mortar store. Not everyone in Grand Island works at a big factory where they take their mobile business and I can't get ahold of anyone to see if they even have what I need before I decide to buy it somewhere else. I prefer supporting locally owned businesses, but unfortunately, Willis just lost one more customer.

If you go into store you get amazing service! I have tried to call store get no answer & no return calls ! Very frustrating

Would be greatly appreciated if you would pay on your page if you're going to be closed during normal business hours.... We drove for over 3 hours to your store just to be greeted with a sign on the door that you were closed!!!! Not very good customer service!!!!!
