This is only for the walk in clinic my husband and mother in law went in at 2:30Pm on a Sunday 9/13/2020 and the receptionist was RUDE... not helpful at all

I went in for what I thought was a quick in and out blood draw. I waited 50 minutes. I asked the receptionist lady how much longer after 15 minutes. Me and a friend were the only ones in the lobby. It shouldn't have taken that long, disappointed.

Super polite. The wait wasn't that bad for a Monday morning. Facility is clean and organized. Was only there about an hour.

Very rude. Waited for 2 hours and finally walked up to the counter to ask if I could use the rest room, the lady had seen me standing and I said “excuse me miss” she in a snobby voice asked “What?” With a dirty look on her face I then asked if I could use the rest room yet she told me to sit down it goes by paper work. Don’t suggest going here.

Went to see Dr. Michael E. Graham. I got in fairly fast but they make me wait in the office for 1:30 minutes. Since he walk in he make me fill like my health to him was a joke. Everything was perfectly fine. After 10 minutes he told me to wait for the nurse for an appointment. From the office I was in I heard him talking about my case with someone else that didn’t need to know. They were laughing and basically saying that I was making everything up, that my problem was in my head. I was so upset that I left without the appointment. I will never go back to this unprofessional and disrespectful person.
