The staff was very helpful. Ordered shoes online, delivered to my house. Arrival was super quick. Awesome prices.
We were shopping for tennis shoes that had Velcro-closure for my dad. The salesman new of a brand that had Velcro, but they did not carry them in the store. He told us about the name brand store in Omaha that carried the shoe. We went and found the shoes we were looking for. We really appreciate the excellent customer service we received at Famous Footwear. We will be back!!!
Love their shoes and Apperal
Order shoes for Christmas. After 8days they emailed me that my ordered have been canceled too insignificant inventory. And it's going to take up to three weeks for my refund. No shoes for Christmas no money to buy them from another store.. customer service was horrible! Never going back!
