the employees were rude and not enjoyable to be around. we were going to purchase stuff from here and then decided not to because of their attitudes and the things they were saying.

I've never purchased anything from here before, and I recently bought some sale items for the first time. I bought a backpack that I later tried to return with the tag attached and was told I couldn't because it was a sale item. I also bought some clothing and decided to try them on at home and then return them if they didn't fit me. Well they didn't fit and again, I couldn't return them despite them being never worn and having the tags attached. It does say this at the bottom of the receipt, but I previously returned sale items just fine. I understand if I can't return sale items, but I really wish I was told this before I made the purchase. If I had known, I wouldn't have bought these things, especially the clothing without trying them on. Only letting customers know that they can't return sale items through the receipt after they purchase the items is poor customer service, greed, and complete disregard for customers. If Tillys cared about its customers, it would let them know with a sign at the sale section that those items are non-refundable or by informing the customer of this at checkout. It's just irritating because I need my money back, and I don't know what to do with these unwanted items. To the owners of Tillys: I promise you your business will be more successful if you improved your return policy. You have great items and great deals during sales, but please at least be more transparent with your return policy or even better, allow sale items to be returned.

Just had the best experience at the Westroads Tillys. Had to exchange a few items that turned out to be quite challenging. Thanks to Deanna who was so efficient and kind! It made for such a wonderful experience!! Thank you Deanna!!

This is my favorite store they have all the good stuffs here, but some of their staffs are not friendly at all. I went to the store today and when i was at the cashier to check out, the cashier and her coworkers were talking about “a boy” ( she wasn’t smiling to me at all). I wasn’t happy because this wasn’t the first time it happened to me at the same store. The cashier was holding my shirt but she didn’t scanned to make the process becauae she was busy talking to her colleagues about “ The boy”.I was standing there and starring at her holding my shirt for awhile. Then, I had to say “ I’m in a hurry “ then she started to actually working.
