I absolutely love this place. Lots of options. But there are some things that bothers me. Including the way the dogs are kept in tank-like enclosures. They let anyone touch the birds, bunnies, Ginny pigs, and hamsters, and disturb them. Some staff can be rude. They do seem to care about the animals but don't treat them completely right. And overall their overpriced. I know hey have to make a profit but it's keeping tons of animals from going to homes. Disappointed but i would check it out if your willing to spend 4,000 on a dog
Very knowledgeable. The whole staff is friendly and courteous. I enjoy every trip we make . The staff and owner are great people who we have come to know and trust with our questions and just to go in to look . We just got a puppy today and are so pleased .thanks guys.
Despite Omaha having a mask mandate, and the mere fact that wearing a mask being a simple benefit AND polite thing to do (like coughing into your arm or waiting to fart outside), this store has no sign about masks; none of the employees or manager were wearing masks; and none of the patrons were being told to wear masks.nnWhen there's Amazon and a plethora of pet stores, they gave me a simple reason to never return. I'd encourage you to do the same.
The owner of this business could not have treated my wife and I in a more unprofessional manner. He is supposedly upset because my wife posted on social media that his prices are too high. He berated us in the store in front of other customers and was lucky I bit my tongue and didn’t make a scene. And guess what: his prices ARE ridiculously too high. I highly recommend a local breeder or ANY other pet store other than this dump. He has absolutely no customer service or people skills and likely will not have his business too much longer anyway.
I HIGHLY APPLAUD YOU GUYS FOR NOT FORCING THE BS MASK MANDATE ON YOUR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS, THANK YOU! my kids and i can walk into this store without being hassled about a mask- they also have a great variety of pets to see and interact with
